Gold peak films BBB accredited and is licensed and insured for aerial uav flight. Product turnaround times are the next day for photos and 48 hours for videos. 2d and 3d tours are typically the next day as well. all of our products are guaranteed. If a product is running late we will inform our clients and make sure to update as needed. Payment is due at the time of delivery. If payment needs to be scheduled out we will work with you. any outstanding invoice more than 30 days from time of delivery will be subject to a 20 percent fee. If no payment resolution has been made after 90 days the outstanding balance will be sent to collections. Narrated video lengths over 5 minutes will be subject to a $100.00 dollar fee and videos over 8 minutes will be subject to a $200.00 dollar service fee. Our team will contact you in advance of the final edit if video lengths will run over 5 minutes.
